After 10 years (1994-2004) of offering a broad ranged of web development, design, usability and consulting services, we shifted our focus to three areas:

  • Consulting about the Use of New and Emerging Technologies -- Identifying opportunities, needs assessment, competitive analysis, and site evaluation for social software and more.

  • Training and Presentations -- Darlene Fichter and Peter Scott are invited to present at conferences in Canada, the United States, and England.

  • Usability Evaluation and Testing -- if you're interested in developing an usable site that's a delight to use, we're interested in working with you. We like to build sites that people enjoy using again and again.
